When can I expect to receive my package?

ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER

All products on Cathy Ann's Deals are made to order items. Every single item is printed, handcrafted, packaged and shipped from our facility just for your order. We don't mass produce our products.  Please be kindly informed that it will take a little time to print and handle before shipping. You will receive a notification email and tracking information when your order has been shipped.  

Estimated production time is 4-7 business days.  Production time may take longer during the holidays.

Please allow 5-10 business days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.

We ship worldwide to most countries. 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. 

Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation. 

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.   

Estimated Shipping Time is 7-15 business days.  Shipping time may take longer in certain countries and during certain holiday seasons.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
