You can notify us of any corrections to your order within 1 hour of purchase. At that time, it will go into production and it will be difficult or impossible to make a requested change. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged, unused in the original packaging and we will refund you. This excludes custom printed products. You will only be allowed to switch them out for the correct size/style needed. We can not accept any returns on products that have been personalized with your own pet. Thank you!
All sales are final once the item goes into production. Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/ or item is broken or if item has not been received past 10 weeks. Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns. Restocking fees will be charged for returns without exchanges.
We offer a 30 day guarantee to cover defective merchandise. If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
When returning your item for refund or exchange please do NOT request signature confirmation as this could delay your refund or the package could be returned to you since there isn't always someone available to sign for packages. Please be sure to include your name, order number and new style/size that you would like along with your return.
Most of our products are custom made. Production time is generally between 3-10 days depending upon the product. Please understand some items are shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on the item. Items may also be shipped in separate packages as we ship items as they are produced.
It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement depending upon your bank. Please defer to your bank's policy on how quickly they process refunds that are sent.
